• All promotional services must be redeemed within 3 months of the purchase date. Any unused services after the expiration date will be forfeited.

• All sales are final. Promotional purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other services.

• Promotional pricing applies only to the services listed in this promotion and cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, packages, memberships, or loyalty rewards.

• A medical consultation and clearance from a licensed medical provider is required prior to treatment. If a patient is deemed not medically eligible for the purchased treatment, a clinic credit may be issued at the provider’s discretion.

• Treatments must be performed at a participating The Skin Agency location and are subject to provider availability.

• Appointment cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the promotional service.

• Patients must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic. Failure to do so may result in the inability to receive treatment.

• Promotions are intended for individual use only and may not be shared between multiple patients.
